What’s possible with Woolworths Group IT

We have 2 streams available within our IT graduate program, you will be able to select a preference during the application process;

Generalist Stream

Gain exposure to a wide variety of different teams and businesses across the group such as Product & Value Chain, Stores, Applications, Operations, and Programme Management.

Specialist Stream

Develop a specialist skill set within our Cyber Security or Business Intelligence / Analytics areas of the business and become a subject matter expert in your field.

Bachelor of Information Technology, Business, Commerce, Engineering, Science or Design (with a major in IT)

Prepare to build your future

What you’ll learn and experience

Your 2-year grad role includes rotations in Property Development (retail and non retail), Property Management, Asset Management and Network Planning.

From on the job training through to regular graduate workshops, the program aids in the development of commercial and retail property based skills.

  • A passion for customers and understanding their shopping behaviours
  • Outstanding academic record and social achievements

  • Leadership potential and the ability to work well in a team in pressured situations
  • Retail experience is not essential, consumer market experience preferred
