What you'll bring

We run a 2 year rotational program based out of Sydney, and require one of the following qualifications: Bachelor of Information Technology, Computing, Computer Science, Information Systems or Business, Commerce, Engineering, Science or Design with a major in IT. In addition to the generalist Technology Graduate Program, we are also able to offer a Cyber Security specialist program for graduates with a Cyber Security related degree.

Ready to Shape the Future?

We are looking for the next generation of leaders to join our team and play a role in actively shaping the transformation of finance. Here, you’ll have exposure across all of Finance, and build a skill set that will put you ahead of the curve at Woolworths Group. 


What you'll do

You will rotate across our Corporate Finance functions, our commercial and operational business unit teams and be exposed to our Finance Shared Services team that operate out of Adelaide and Hobart.


What you'll experience

As one of our Finance Graduates, you will experience first hand the running of a large commercial business that has a significant presence in Australia. You will get relevant professional training and complete rotation specific learning objectives that will develop your commercial and business acumen.
 

What you'll bring

We run a 2 year rotational program based out of Sydney, and require one of the following qualifications: Bachelor of Business (major in Accounting) or Commerce (major in Accounting) or combined equivalent degrees

Our innovative and high performance in-house Legal team supports every part of the Woolworths business. We are passionate about retail; and deliver thought-leadership and professional, candid legal advice across diverse areas of expertise including Corporate and Commercial, Property, IP, Competition and Regulatory Matters, Public Liability, M&A, Digital, Data and Privacy, and Employment law, with teams in both Australia and NZ.

What you'll do

As one of the largest in-house retail legal teams, you will work alongside our highly experienced General Counsels and Lawyers who advise on some of the most interesting and complex legal issues in Corporate Australia.

We have also entered into an exciting association with Ashurst, a leading international law firm. Through this association we will provide opportunities for reverse secondments and participation in shared professional development programs as part of the extended Ashurst Graduate cohort.


What you'll experience

As one of our Legal Graduates, you will develop fundamental legal, commercial and business partnering skills as part of our collegiate dynamic in-house legal team, through both our business facing and specialist teams.

What you'll do

As one of the largest in-house retail Property teams, you will work alongside our highly experienced teams within Property Development, Property Management, Asset Management and Network Planning to deliver the best property network for our customers and communities.


What you'll experience

  • You'll work with our skilled team members and partner landlords on existing and future lease opportunities
  • You'll work on exciting development projects at various stages of the development process, from feasibility to delivery
  • You'll assist in the management of our diverse property portfolio from shopping centres to industrial buildings to commercial offices.
  • You'll learn from a team of experienced and passionate property professionals
  • You'll develop fundamental property, commercial and business partnering skills

 
 
What you'll bring

  • Fresh thinking, an open mind, a desire to make a difference and a passion and/or curiosity for property.
  • You will be a new or recent graduate with a Bachelor degree qualification. We have had great success with candidates from various fields of study, so property specific qualifications are not required.
  • Previous work experience, particularly within Woolworths Group or other retailers, would be ideal.
